Chocolate Coffee Float - 5 Ingredients
Chocolate coffee floats are so easy to make and refreshing. They are especially great in the summer time when friends drop over. The great thing is, they only involve 5 simple ingredients: coffee, chocolate syrup, milk, sugar, and whipped cream. The hardest part, is waiting for the coffee cubes to freeze. I use milk, but you can use half and half or table cream if you wish. You can also add as much or as little sugar as you wish. Any kind of whipped cream will suffice. Libros Barman in Red: http://www.blurb.com/user/barmaninred Visita mi blog con las recetas: http://www.barmaninred.com Una receta sencilla y rápida para hacer una crema de whisky tipo Baileys que se puede consumir en el momento, usaremos ingredientes muy fáciles de comprar en cualquier supermercado. *Voy a usar una lata pequeña de leche condensada y sera la medida para hacer nuestra crema de whisky* Paso 1: añadimos la lata de leche condensada a la licuadora. Paso 2: llenamos la lata con leche evaporada y la echamos a la licuadora. Paso 3: llenamos la lata con whisky (el de nuestra elección), le añadimos 2 cucharadas pequeñas de café instantáneo, removemos con una cuchara para que se disuelva completamente (que no quede ningún grumo), añadimos media cucharada de esencia de vainilla y removemos para mezclar, lo añadimos a la licuadora. La medida de la cuchara que uso es la de café. Paso 4: licuamos hasta integrar bien todos los ingredientes, ya se puede consumir. Paso 5: embotellamos y conservamos en el frigorífico durante un mes aproximadamente.

LICOR CREMOSO DE CAFÉ estilo Baileys - en Castellano
Licor Cremoso de Café estilo Baileys Este licor de origen irlandés con una consistencia espesa, dulce, con el sabor del whisky y del café, es una deliciosa crema de whisky con café, ideal para consumir como sobremesa, como digestivo o simplemente para saborear una bebida increíble y única. Para preparar esta bebida necesitamos primero hacer una crema pastelera rápida Ingredientes: 1/2 litro de leche 3 yemas de huevo 3 cucharadas de azúcar 1 cucharada colmada de maizena 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla Metemos todo a la licuadora licuamos muy bien y llevamos a ebullición en una cazuela removiendo siempre y cuando comience a hervir dejamos hervir durante 1 minuto removiendo siempre después retire del fuego coloque en un recipiente preferiblemente plástico y lleve al refrigerador por lo menos durante 2 horas para que se enfrie y tome cuerpo. Para preparar el Licor: Ingredientes: La crema Pastelera ( la mitad de la crema para cada botella) 1 taza de whisky (250ml) 1 lata de leche condensada de 395gr (la lata normal) 1 cucharada colmada de café instantáneo 1 cucharada de chocolate en polvo 2 botellas de 700ml aprox vacías y lavadas Preparación: para cada botella de licor coloque en la licuadora la mitad de la crema pastelera y el resto de los ingredientes y licue durante 2 minutos, con la ayuda de un embudo llenamos la botella y repetimos el procedimiento con la segunda botella y listo. Batir la botella antes de servir para que se homogeneice, sirva con hielo y deleitese. Cómo hacer un LICOR DE CAFÉ CASERO
Receta para hacer un Licor de Café Casero. Visita mi blog con recetas, noticias, fotografías, etc ... http://www.barmaninred.com En Barman in Red siempre intento apostar por lo casero, uno de los licores que más utilizo en las recetas de este blog es el Licor de Café, ahora os traigo la receta y el vídeo para que lo podáis hacer en vuestra casa de una forma artesanal, rápida, sencilla y con ingredientes muy fáciles de conseguir. Además de hacer un licor a nuestro gusto y de calidad que no envidia nada a las marcas industriales, al contrario, el que nos vamos hacer solo contiene ingredientes naturales. Vamos a empezar por el alcohol que necesitamos, para no liarnos con alcoholes de consumo que no conocemos o dudamos ´siempre utilizaremos para nuestros licores Orujo o Aguardiente, el que venden en los super y tiendas`, nunca me canso de decirlo ´no utilices alcoholes raros`. El Orujo o Aguardiente tiene que ser blanco, de esta manera no dará el color de los ingredientes que utilicemos para hacer nuestro licor, en este caso el de color café. La graduación idónea es la de 40º, aunque puede tener una pequeña variación, tenemos que tener en cuenta que esta graduación la bajaremos en la preparación final del licor. El licor que vamos hacer es por el sistema de maceración, necesitamos un bote de cristal y tapa que cierre herméticamente, ´nunca usaremos botes de plástico y que no cierren cierren bien`. Yo suelo usar botes donde vienen las conservas, judías, garbanzos, etc., son muy buenos para este tipo de maceración, sólo hay que lavarlos y enjuagarlos muy bien con agua y jabón, además no nos cuestan dinero. Tenemos que tener preparado un Jarabe de Azúcar para usarlo después de la maceración y terminar el licor, es muy fácil de hacer, necesitamos la misma cantidad de azúcar blanca y agua, si el agua que sale de tu grifo no es de calidad, utiliza embotellada. Sólo hay que poner el agua en un cazo y al fuego, cuando empiece la ebullición, vamos echando el azúcar y con una cuchara vamos removiendo para que se disuelva totalmente, en cinco minutos esta hecho, lo dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente. También necesitamos café en grano, ¿qué tipo? hay muchas calidades de café y origen, así que utiliza el que más te guste a ti. Necesitamos vainilla, la idónea es la que viene en vaina, pero si te cuesta encontrarla puedes usar unas gotas de esencia de vainilla o un poco de azúcar de vainilla. Otro ingrediente es la canela, hay que usarla en rama, no en polvo. Las medidas que os doy en esta receta son exactas y están ajustados todos los ingredientes, al final te va a salir casi un litro, ya que el orujo o aguardiente merma un poco por la absorción de los ingredientes. Tú puedes ajustar la cantidad final que quieras multiplicando los ingredientes, también puedes darle tu toque personal, subiendo o bajando cualquier ingrediente lograrás darle más dulzor, más sabor a café, más potencia al alcohol, etc. Mi consejo es que lo hagas primero con las cantidades que te doy, después de probarlo es cuando lo puedes ajustar a tu gusto. Una parte muy importante a tener en cuenta a la hora de hacer licores por maceración, es el filtrado, la mezcla tiene que quedar totalmente limpia, yo utilizo filtros de café de papel y además le pongo un colador. Receta para hacer un litro de Licor de Café casero ¿Qué necesitas? - Medio litro de Orujo o Aguardiente Blanco - 125 gramos de café en grano - 1 vaina de vainilla - 1 rama de canela - 1/2 kilo de azúcar blanca - 1/2 litro de agua Cómo hacerlo Paso 1: en el tarro de cristal añadimos los granos de café, echamos la vaina de vainilla y la rama de canela. Paso 2: llenamos el tarro con el orujo o aguardiente. Cerramos y le ponemos una etiqueta con la fecha de envasado. Lo dejamos un mínimo de una semana a diez días en un lugar seco y oscuro, se puede tener macerando más tiempo si se quiere. De vez en cuando lo movemos un poco, nunca se abre el tarro solo se gira con la mano. Paso 3: después del tiempo de maceración se abre el tarro y se filtra, de la cantidad exacta que nos ha salido del tarro le añadimos la misma del jarabe de azúcar, mezclamos con una cuchara. Lo dejamos reposar una semana y ya lo tenemos listo para consumirlo. Se puede pasar a una botella bonita, siempre una buena presentación dice mucho. Estoy en las Redes Sociales ... Visita mi blog: http://www.barmaninred.com Receta Licor de mango paso a paso Ingredientes 500 gr de mango 500 ml de aguardiente, orujo o vodka Esencia de vainilla Piel de limón Azúcar blanca Agua Preparación Pelamos el mango y lo troceamos, pesamos 500 gramos ya limpio, lo echamos en un bote de cristal con una tapa que cierre bien, le añadimos una piel de limón, cubrimos con medio litro de aguardiente, orujo o vodka, cerramos el bote y dejamos macerar durante 15-18 días en un sitio seco y oscuro. Abrimos el bote cada dos días y lo dejamos respirar 2-3 minutos, volvemos a cerrar para que siga macerando. Un vez terminada la maceración lo filtramos, podemos usar filtros de papel de café, tela, coladores, etc., el filtrado hay que hacerlo muy bien para cortar la maceración. Hacemos un jarabe de azúcar con la misma parte de azúcar blanca y agua, calentamos el agua y vamos añadiendo el azúcar, con una cuchara la deshacemos completamente. Dejamos que se enfríe a temperatura ambiente. En una jarra añadimos las mismas cantidades de macerado de mango y jarabe de azúcar, echamos una cucharadita de café de esencia de vainilla, con una cuchara removemos para mezclar. Los pasamos a una botella y lo dejamos reposar dos días antes de consumir. Nos dura un año conservandolo como cualquier licor comercial.

LICOR CREMOSO DE CAFÉ estilo Baileys - en Castellano
Licor Cremoso de Café estilo Baileys Este licor de origen irlandés con una consistencia espesa, dulce, con el sabor del whisky y del café, es una deliciosa crema de whisky con café, ideal para consumir como sobremesa, como digestivo o simplemente para saborear una bebida increíble y única. Para preparar esta bebida necesitamos primero hacer una crema pastelera rápida Ingredientes: 1/2 litro de leche 3 yemas de huevo 3 cucharadas de azúcar 1 cucharada colmada de maizena 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla Metemos todo a la licuadora licuamos muy bien y llevamos a ebullición en una cazuela removiendo siempre y cuando comience a hervir dejamos hervir durante 1 minuto removiendo siempre después retire del fuego coloque en un recipiente preferiblemente plástico y lleve al refrigerador por lo menos durante 2 horas para que se enfrie y tome cuerpo. Para preparar el Licor: Ingredientes: La crema Pastelera ( la mitad de la crema para cada botella) 1 taza de whisky (250ml) 1 lata de leche condensada de 395gr (la lata normal) 1 cucharada colmada de café instantáneo 1 cucharada de chocolate en polvo 2 botellas de 700ml aprox vacías y lavadas Preparación: para cada botella de licor coloque en la licuadora la mitad de la crema pastelera y el resto de los ingredientes y licue durante 2 minutos, con la ayuda de un embudo llenamos la botella y repetimos el procedimiento con la segunda botella y listo. Batir la botella antes de servir para que se homogeneice, sirva con hielo y deleitese. Nos dedicamos a preparar un licor tipo Baileys Casero que quedó una delicia! Con ingredientes simples y faciles de conseguir logramos una textura y sabor muy cercanos al exquisito licor irlandés de whisky y crema. Ingredientes: Whisky (Dos tazas - Medio litro aprox) Leche Condensada (2 latas) (1) Una cucharadita de café instantaneo (1) Una cucharadita de escencia de vainilla Y a disfrutar! LICOR CREMOSO DE CAFÉ estilo Baileys - en Castellano
Licor Cremoso de Café estilo Baileys Este licor de origen irlandés con una consistencia espesa, dulce, con el sabor del whisky y del café, es una deliciosa crema de whisky con café, ideal para consumir como sobremesa, como digestivo o simplemente para saborear una bebida increíble y única. Para preparar esta bebida necesitamos primero hacer una crema pastelera rápida Ingredientes: 1/2 litro de leche 3 yemas de huevo 3 cucharadas de azúcar 1 cucharada colmada de maizena 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla Metemos todo a la licuadora licuamos muy bien y llevamos a ebullición en una cazuela removiendo siempre y cuando comience a hervir dejamos hervir durante 1 minuto removiendo siempre después retire del fuego coloque en un recipiente preferiblemente plástico y lleve al refrigerador por lo menos durante 2 horas para que se enfrie y tome cuerpo. Para preparar el Licor: Ingredientes: La crema Pastelera ( la mitad de la crema para cada botella) 1 taza de whisky (250ml) 1 lata de leche condensada de 395gr (la lata normal) 1 cucharada colmada de café instantáneo 1 cucharada de chocolate en polvo 2 botellas de 700ml aprox vacías y lavadas Preparación: para cada botella de licor coloque en la licuadora la mitad de la crema pastelera y el resto de los ingredientes y licue durante 2 minutos, con la ayuda de un embudo llenamos la botella y repetimos el procedimiento con la segunda botella y listo. Batir la botella antes de servir para que se homogeneice, sirva con hielo y deleitese. Al cabo de los 10 dias cuela el alcohol o aguardiente para retirarle las pieles de limón y cualquier otro residuo. comenzamos a hacer el licor, pon en una caserola la crema de leche y la leche junto con la cucharadita de vainilla a calentar, remueve bien cuando esté bien caliente agrega el azúcar y sigue removiendo cuando comience a hervir retira del fuego y deja que se ponga a temperatura ambiente. Coloca esta mezcla sobre el alcohol macerado mezcla bien y embotella, está listo para saborear, si la dejas entre 8 a 10 dias antes de tomar estará mejor aún. Cómo hacer un LICOR DE MANGO CASERO
Visita mi blog: http://www.barmaninred.com Receta Licor de mango paso a paso Ingredientes 500 gr de mango 500 ml de aguardiente, orujo o vodka Esencia de vainilla Piel de limón Azúcar blanca Agua Preparación Pelamos el mango y lo troceamos, pesamos 500 gramos ya limpio, lo echamos en un bote de cristal con una tapa que cierre bien, le añadimos una piel de limón, cubrimos con medio litro de aguardiente, orujo o vodka, cerramos el bote y dejamos macerar durante 15-18 días en un sitio seco y oscuro. Abrimos el bote cada dos días y lo dejamos respirar 2-3 minutos, volvemos a cerrar para que siga macerando. Un vez terminada la maceración lo filtramos, podemos usar filtros de papel de café, tela, coladores, etc., el filtrado hay que hacerlo muy bien para cortar la maceración. Hacemos un jarabe de azúcar con la misma parte de azúcar blanca y agua, calentamos el agua y vamos añadiendo el azúcar, con una cuchara la deshacemos completamente. Dejamos que se enfríe a temperatura ambiente. En una jarra añadimos las mismas cantidades de macerado de mango y jarabe de azúcar, echamos una cucharadita de café de esencia de vainilla, con una cuchara removemos para mezclar. Los pasamos a una botella y lo dejamos reposar dos días antes de consumir. Nos dura un año conservandolo como cualquier licor comercial.

PONCHE CREMA LICOR VENEZOLANO NAVIDEÑO receta fácil
Este licor es un icono de la tradición venezolana junto con las hallacas, pan de jamón, pernil horneado, ensalada de gallina y torta negra el ponche crema está presente en toda mesa navideña venezolana, este es bien delicioso y queda igualito al original, tiene como base una Crema Pastelera rápida hecha en la licuadora. Ingredientes: Para la Crema pastelera;: 500ml de leche (1/2 litro) 2 cucharadas colmadas de almidón de maíz (Maizena) 3 yemas de huevo 3 cucharadas de azúcar 1 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla. Preparación de la crema pastelera: Se licua todo muy bien y se lleva a cocinar en una olla removiendo siempre para que no se pegue de la olla, al principio a fuego medio y luego se baja la temperatura y se cocina a fuego bajo hasta que comience a hervir y se deja hervir 1 minuto removiendo siempre, luego se retira de fuego y se deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente y se lleva a la nevera durante 2 horas. Ingredientes para el Ponche Crema: para 1 Botella necesita: La mitad de la crema pastelera 1 lata de leche condensada 1 taza medidora de Ron (1 taza equivale 250ml, si quieren pueden agregarle un poco más) pueden medir con la lata de la leche condensada) Botella de vidrio preferiblemente transparente, hervida y seca con su tapón. Preparación: Se pone todo en la licuadora y se licua muy bien hasta comprobar que no tiene grumos y que está bien cremosito. Embotellamos ayudados de un embudo para no verter, tapamos y llevamos a la nevera hasta que enfrie. Se sirve frio y si quieren se le agrega hielo. 🔞 DIY Coffee Liqueur - like Kahlua, but better
When we started this process of figuring out how to make Kahlua coffee liqueur at home, we found most of the recipes were too sweet, and lacked complexity of flavour. They all had only one note - and it was weak coffee flavoured vodka. It just didn't work for us. So we started our DIY Coffee Liqueur with fresh dark roasted coffee beans that we gently smashed in a mortar and pestle. We then added ½ a vanilla bean, and bathed this in 151º over proof rum. You really want to layer flavour over flavour, and the higher alcohol helps dissolve more of the oils in the coffee - it also keeps the final product from being to cloyingly sweet when you dilute it later with simple syrup. Rounding out the complex flavour profile is a cinnamon stick, some orange peel, and crushed cocoa nibs. The Dude would be proud! Place the bean, scrapings, course ground coffee and rum to a sealable Mason jar. Give it a shake and set it aside someplace dark. After 24 open the jar and toss in the cinnamon stick, cracked cocoa nibs, and orange peel. Give it a shake and set aside for another day. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter, and mix in the simple syrup… Now this is another place where your personal taste will come into play. We like ours on the less sweet side so we start by mixing 1 part simple syrup to 3 parts coffee infusion; then we taste and start adjusting from there. Ideally you want to end up with about 40% alc by volume. Four DIY Liqueurs
Here are the recipes: 4 DIY LIQUEURS CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR 4 oz. (120 ml) Rum 50g Dark Chocolate (70%) 75g Powdered Sugar 3 1/2 oz. (105ml) Cream 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder PREPARATION 1. In a pan, mix together cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Heat over low. 2. Slowly add the dark chocolate and stir gently until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 3. Add rum to mix and stir until smooth. Pour mix into bottle and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly! NUTELLA CREME LIQUEUR 8 oz. (240ml) Vodka 6 oz. 🔞 DIY Coffee Liqueur - like Kahlua, but better
When we started this process of figuring out how to make Kahlua coffee liqueur at home, we found most of the recipes were too sweet, and lacked complexity of flavour. They all had only one note - and it was weak coffee flavoured vodka. It just didn't work for us. So we started our DIY Coffee Liqueur with fresh dark roasted coffee beans that we gently smashed in a mortar and pestle. We then added ½ a vanilla bean, and bathed this in 151º over proof rum. You really want to layer flavour over flavour, and the higher alcohol helps dissolve more of the oils in the coffee - it also keeps the final product from being to cloyingly sweet when you dilute it later with simple syrup. Rounding out the complex flavour profile is a cinnamon stick, some orange peel, and crushed cocoa nibs. The Dude would be proud! Place the bean, scrapings, course ground coffee and rum to a sealable Mason jar. Give it a shake and set it aside someplace dark. After 24 open the jar and toss in the cinnamon stick, cracked cocoa nibs, and orange peel. Give it a shake and set aside for another day. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter, and mix in the simple syrup… Now this is another place where your personal taste will come into play. We like ours on the less sweet side so we start by mixing 1 part simple syrup to 3 parts coffee infusion; then we taste and start adjusting from there. Ideally you want to end up with about 40% alc by volume. Homemade Limoncello - Italian lemon liqueur recipe
Limoncello, so easy to make - result ensured for this typical Italian liqueur recipe. You just need good lemons and pure alcool. Forget about the commercial Limoncello you find in the stores, you will make it 10 times better! Trust me! Ingredients for 1.25 lt (0.33 gl) of Limoncello 0.5 lt (0,13 gl) of pure Alcool 0.75 lt (0,20 gl) of water 250 gr (8.81 oz) of sugar 5 lemons bio ---- RECIPE: Peal 5 lemons. Put the peals in a big jar and pour in it half liter of pure alcool (95°). Let the peals rest in the alcool for 10 days (shake every 2/3 days). Past 10 days, warm 0.75 lt of water and melt 250 gr of sugar in it. Let this sirup cool down. Once the sirup is cold, pour in it the alcool (that now turned yellow) with the lemon peals. Give a good mix and the limoncello is ready to go into a bottle. Wheat vodka, the recipe of home brew with wild yeast Ingredients: Summer hard wheat(washed) - 3 kg Sugar - 3 kg Water - 15 l. Cooking process: First of all make a come-through For 3 kg of wheat u need 3 l of water and 600 g of sugar, so u gotta make syrup and let it simmer down till room temperature. Pour wheat into the enamel or glass recipient (before it wash it from dust), pour in with warm syrup and leave it uncovered for about 5 days. When u notice carbonization, foaming and sour smell pour the come-through into the fermentation tank and pour in with syrup: 2,4 kg of sugar and 12 l of water. Pour out syrup into the fermentation tank. Fermenting of the brew:. Mount onto the fermentation tank the waterlock and leave it in dark room. It’s fermenting from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on the temperature. You must carefully observe the brew, because it can turn sour. You must taste it, shake and when carbonizing is over, the corn will go to the bottom of the fermentation tank. To the taste it will be dry - so it’s sign for distilling. Distilling must be done in two stages: the first - quickly without extracting of foreshots and tails, and the second - slowly with extracting of fractions. You must extract foreshots orienting by the smell. As a result I’ve got soft moonshine with off-corn and bread aroma. How to make Amaretto liqueur, recipes of homemade liqueur Amaretto liqueur Ingredients: Vodka or stretched alcohol – 0,5 l; apricot kernels – 50 g; raw almond – 50 g; water – 150 ml; sugar – 150 g; vanilla sugar – 2 tea-spoons; cinnamon – 1 pinch (or 1 stick); dry coffee extract – 3 g; 2 cloves; about 4 bayberries. Cooking process: 1. Pour almond with boiled water, let it infuse for about 5 minutes and then skin it. 2. Brown almond in the dry pan. In the end of browning add cloves and bayberries. 3. Wash apricot kernels, add here cinnamon and mix them. 4. Fill up the jar with browned almond and apricot kernels. 5. Make a sugar syrup. For this you need to pour sugar onto the crepe frying pan, add 50ml of water and warm it on ash fire stiring it from time to time till it become caramel colour. Then add vanilla sugar, 100 ml of water and mix. 6.. Pour slowly sugar syrup into the jar with nuts. 7. Soon after it simmered down till room temperature add here vodka and coffee. 8. Close up the jar, shake it few times and leave it for about a month in the dark cool place.I recommend to shake it from time to time while infusing (3-4 times per week). 9. Filter ready-to-drink homemade Amaretto through the cotton wool filter and pour out into the flagon or something like that. Following this recipe Amaretto has rich, almond-nut taste with notes of coffee and vanilla. Paso 2: llenamos la lata con leche evaporada y la echamos a la licuadora. Paso 3: llenamos la lata con whisky (el de nuestra elección), le añadimos 2 cucharadas pequeñas de café instantáneo, removemos con una cuchara para que se disuelva completamente (que no quede ningún grumo), añadimos media cucharada de esencia de vainilla y removemos para mezclar, lo añadimos a la licuadora. La medida de la cuchara que uso es la de café. Paso 4: licuamos hasta integrar bien todos los ingredientes, ya se puede consumir. Paso 5: embotellamos y conservamos en el frigorífico durante un mes aproximadamente.

Visita mi blog con recetas, noticias, fotografías, etc ... http://www.barmaninred.com En Barman in Red siempre intento apostar por lo casero, uno de los licores que más utilizo en las recetas de este blog es el Licor de Café, ahora os traigo la receta y el vídeo para que lo podáis hacer en vuestra casa de una forma artesanal, rápida, sencilla y con ingredientes muy fáciles de conseguir. Además de hacer un licor a nuestro gusto y de calidad que no envidia nada a las marcas industriales, al contrario, el que nos vamos hacer solo contiene ingredientes naturales. Vamos a empezar por el alcohol que necesitamos, para no liarnos con alcoholes de consumo que no conocemos o dudamos ´siempre utilizaremos para nuestros licores Orujo o Aguardiente, el que venden en los super y tiendas`, nunca me canso de decirlo ´no utilices alcoholes raros`. El Orujo o Aguardiente tiene que ser blanco, de esta manera no dará el color de los ingredientes que utilicemos para hacer nuestro licor, en este caso el de color café. La graduación idónea es la de 40º, aunque puede tener una pequeña variación, tenemos que tener en cuenta que esta graduación la bajaremos en la preparación final del licor. El licor que vamos hacer es por el sistema de maceración, necesitamos un bote de cristal y tapa que cierre herméticamente, ´nunca usaremos botes de plástico y que no cierren cierren bien`. Yo suelo usar botes donde vienen las conservas, judías, garbanzos, etc., son muy buenos para este tipo de maceración, sólo hay que lavarlos y enjuagarlos muy bien con agua y jabón, además no nos cuestan dinero. Tenemos que tener preparado un Jarabe de Azúcar para usarlo después de la maceración y terminar el licor, es muy fácil de hacer, necesitamos la misma cantidad de azúcar blanca y agua, si el agua que sale de tu grifo no es de calidad, utiliza embotellada. Sólo hay que poner el agua en un cazo y al fuego, cuando empiece la ebullición, vamos echando el azúcar y con una cuchara vamos removiendo para que se disuelva totalmente, en cinco minutos esta hecho, lo dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente. También necesitamos café en grano, ¿qué tipo? hay muchas calidades de café y origen, así que utiliza el que más te guste a ti. Necesitamos vainilla, la idónea es la que viene en vaina, pero si te cuesta encontrarla puedes usar unas gotas de esencia de vainilla o un poco de azúcar de vainilla. Otro ingrediente es la canela, hay que usarla en rama, no en polvo. Las medidas que os doy en esta receta son exactas y están ajustados todos los ingredientes, al final te va a salir casi un litro, ya que el orujo o aguardiente merma un poco por la absorción de los ingredientes. Tú puedes ajustar la cantidad final que quieras multiplicando los ingredientes, también puedes darle tu toque personal, subiendo o bajando cualquier ingrediente lograrás darle más dulzor, más sabor a café, más potencia al alcohol, etc. Mi consejo es que lo hagas primero con las cantidades que te doy, después de probarlo es cuando lo puedes ajustar a tu gusto. Una parte muy importante a tener en cuenta a la hora de hacer licores por maceración, es el filtrado, la mezcla tiene que quedar totalmente limpia, yo utilizo filtros de café de papel y además le pongo un colador. Receta para hacer un litro de Licor de Café casero ¿Qué necesitas? - Medio litro de Orujo o Aguardiente Blanco - 125 gramos de café en grano - 1 vaina de vainilla - 1 rama de canela - 1/2 kilo de azúcar blanca - 1/2 litro de agua Cómo hacerlo Paso 1: en el tarro de cristal añadimos los granos de café, echamos la vaina de vainilla y la rama de canela. Paso 2: llenamos el tarro con el orujo o aguardiente. Cerramos y le ponemos una etiqueta con la fecha de envasado. Lo dejamos un mínimo de una semana a diez días en un lugar seco y oscuro, se puede tener macerando más tiempo si se quiere. De vez en cuando lo movemos un poco, nunca se abre el tarro solo se gira con la mano. Paso 3: después del tiempo de maceración se abre el tarro y se filtra, de la cantidad exacta que nos ha salido del tarro le añadimos la misma del jarabe de azúcar, mezclamos con una cuchara. Lo dejamos reposar una semana y ya lo tenemos listo para consumirlo. Se puede pasar a una botella bonita, siempre una buena presentación dice mucho. Estoy en las Redes Sociales ... Shake it very well and let it infuse for about 5-7 days, shaking it everyday. Then filter it. Fill up a big bowl with 500 Ml of dairy cream and 2 yolks and blend it all untill smooth. then add the milk jam and dissolved coffee and blend it again. Then pour out here 500 Ml of dairy cream and blend it again. Afterwards pour out over here 400-420 Ml of filtered infusion. Blend it the last time. Pour one and half packs of vanilla sugar per 1 Litre of the ultimate product. Put it into the fridge for about 4-5 days, then filter it and bottle.

Cooking process: 1. Pour almond with boiled water, let it infuse for about 5 minutes and then skin it. 2. Brown almond in the dry pan. In the end of browning add cloves and bayberries. 3. Wash apricot kernels, add here cinnamon and mix them. 4. Fill up the jar with browned almond and apricot kernels. 5. Make a sugar syrup. For this you need to pour sugar onto the crepe frying pan, add 50ml of water and warm it on ash fire stiring it from time to time till it become caramel colour. Then add vanilla sugar, 100 ml of water and mix. 6.. Pour slowly sugar syrup into the jar with nuts. 7. Soon after it simmered down till room temperature add here vodka and coffee. 8. Close up the jar, shake it few times and leave it for about a month in the dark cool place.I recommend to shake it from time to time while infusing (3-4 times per week). 9. Filter ready-to-drink homemade Amaretto through the cotton wool filter and pour out into the flagon or something like that. Following this recipe Amaretto has rich, almond-nut taste with notes of coffee and vanilla. How to make coconut liqueur Malibu Malibu liqueur Ingredients Coconut flakes - 160 g Vodka - 0,5 L Vanilla sugar - a pinch of it condensed milk - 1 can Water - 200 Ml Cooking process Fill up the jar with flakes and alcohol, let it infuse for 7 days at room temperature, mixing it from time to time. Afterwards filter it through 2-4 layered cheese cloth, add condensed milk, vanilla sugar and water. Mis it well and leave it for 3-4 days in the fridge. Eliturate it, so that the coconut fat settle down on the bottom and wallside of the jar. Leave it for another 7 days at room temperature and then repeat the elituration using the siphon pipe. To get it ready just let it infuse 7 more days. Homemade Malibu has rich coconut smell and taste with tender flavour of condensed milk. How to make gin, distillation of alcoholic beverages at home https://www.facebook.com/alkofan1984eng The recipe of gin, homemade alcoholic drink and cocktail gin and tonic 1L of alcohol or moonshine (50% ABV) 17 g of juniper 7 g of coriander 1.5 g of cassia-bark 1 g of lemon peel 2.5 g of orange peel A pinch of: liquorice, anise, fennel and hyssop Cooking process: Fill up the jar with all ingredients and alcohol. Let it infuse in dark place for about 7 days a room temperature mixing it everyday. Before the distillation filter it from the herbs and stretch it with water till 33% ABV. Distill it slowly and stop separating when it’s 45-50% ABV. Stretch it till 45% ABV and let it infuse for another one or two weeks. Following this recipe gin has very harmonious and tender taste, and the main “players” in flavour development are juniper and coriander. Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream RECIPE: 1) 1/2 - Bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey 2) 1 - Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 3) 4 - Large Whole Eggs 4) 2 Tbsp. Hershey's Chocolate Syrup 5) 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract 6) 2 Tsp. Inst. Espresso Disolved. in Hot Water 7) 1 - Cup of Heavy Cream Prep. = Combine All & Blend for - 1 Min & ENJOY!!!! ✼NOTES: 1. I have found that this and all homemade Bailey’s or Coquito recipes taste best if you can make them a day or two in advance. This gives the flavors time to integrate and makes for a tastier drink. 2. Here are the recipes: 4 DIY LIQUEURS CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR 4 oz. (120 ml) Rum 50g Dark Chocolate (70%) 75g Powdered Sugar 3 1/2 oz. (105ml) Cream 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder PREPARATION 1. In a pan, mix together cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Heat over low. 2. Slowly add the dark chocolate and stir gently until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 3. Add rum to mix and stir until smooth. Pour mix into bottle and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly! NUTELLA CREME LIQUEUR 8 oz. (240ml) Vodka 6 oz. (180ml) Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup Nutella (Room Temperature) 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract PREPARATION 1. In a saucepan whisk together nutella, sugar and vanilla. Cook over medium heat slowly adding whipping cream. Gently combine until smooth and creamy. 2. Continue to heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 3. Whisk in vodka, pour mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly! IRISH CREAM 6 oz. (180ml) Irish Whiskey 4 oz. (120ml) Cream 7 oz. (210ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee PREPARATION 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until just combined. 2. (240ml) Boiling Water 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup White Sugar 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract PREPARATION 1. Place coffee and water into a large bowl and stir. Add sugars and stir again until cooled slightly. 2. Add vodka and vanilla and stir again. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature for two weeks. Stir every now and then. 3. Strain mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly! With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, it just seems right to whip up a Baileys chocolate cake. When I think about St. Patrick’s Day, I see shamrocks, green beer, and coffee spiked with Baileys!! To add Baileys into my chocolate cake recipe, I swapped out some of the buttermilk in my moist chocolate cake recipe for Baileys. I also added it in the place of some of the heavy cream in my chocolate buttercream recipe, to make the most decadent and boozy chocolate frosting. For the ganache filling, I used an equal ratio of heavy cream and Baileys. This really lets the flavor from this whiskey liqueur shine though, and creates an indulgent Baileys ganache filling for the cake.
